   Regular office visit

Begin with your weight history.
Dr. Christian will review it for free.
During your scheduled telephone
appointment, he will review goals and
provide step by step instructions on how
to achieve your healthy weight and
maintain it this time. His medical
supervision will continue through
follow-up sessions with the nutrition
counselor or with him  as necessary.

Please submit your email feedback
at least 24 hours ahead to confirm to  
facilitate follow-up e-appointments.
This should include a two-day food
recall (weekday and weekend) along
with weight and waist measurements.

Missed sessions are no refundable.
Sessions rescheduled  within 24 hours
of appointment will be credited 50%
For your convenience, tests may be
ordered from online visits but
prescriptions require being seen at least

For weeks, a six-year old lad  
kept telling his first-grade
teacher about the baby brother
or sister that was expected at
his house.

One day the mother  
allowed the boy to feel the
movements of the unborn child.
The six-year old was obviously
impressed, but made no
comment. Furthermore, he
stopped telling his teacher
about the impending event.

The teacher finally pulled the
boy aside and said,
"Shaun, whatever has become
of that baby brother or sister
you were expecting at home?"
Tommy burst into tears and
confessed, "I think Mommy
ate it!"
